Richard Drysdale has drawn his inspiration from recent political events in different parts of the world to write this work of imagination. So many people asked for a sequel to State of Emergency that Richard felt compelled to write one.
He is a historian with a strong interest in current affairs and politics, especially those of Scotland and the UK. He is a biker and is well-travelled with a particular fascination of Italy and India.
